Just found out about this as I was setting up camp at Lake Powell and low and behold one of the guys I used to converse with back and forth on another forum came by and introduced himself. How cool is that! Thanks for the add and I look forward to speaking with you guys more in length.

There you are Brett! Very nice looking '09 too! It's always great to run into someone you have chewed the fat with before, and I promise you, you will like the tools and response of this forum. Just a few quick tips so that you can find your way around and see what is really beneficial here...
First off, we have a member map! It was something everyone wanted on the "other" forum and it just wasn't important so we have that here! Just add your home zip code, or your home lake or town. That simple. And it will you and others know your in the area without risking detailed privacy. Second, we have Swag! Just like the Football, business card, and koozie I gave you, we have shirts, caps, and other things that identify your a member of Jetboaters.net. Speaking of the forum, you will find we have the latest forum software available. And it allows so much it will take just playing with the forum to get a handle on it all. A few key things. Using the @ symbol with someone's name will send them a notification you mentioned them in a thread. Using the @ Symbol with the word help, will send a distress call to everyone that answers help calls. Using it with administrators will get you an admin. Lastly Brett, we don't ban people here without good reason. Plenty of warning if someone goes off path. Rules are simple and give them a read if you like. We are the members forum, and from the beginning it was of the member, by the member, for the member. Glad you joined us and wish we could get word to all those left behind! Welcome aboard!

@txav8r , dogs aren't allowed on the trail to Rainbow bridge unfortunately.

Awesome to hear. Have not made the trip to Lake Powell yet. EVERYONE I talk to here in UT mentions Lake Powell. Maybe this March when I get tired of the snow skiing, I'll pull the boat out. Good luck and have fun!
