Duel engin 2016 242. One engine won’t rev up. Running rough. Intermittent and yes I changed plugs. Any ideas

Throttle cable/valve? Ignition coil or fuel injector malfunction? Fuel injector filter?

Hopefully not ECU, or compression low.

Was it running rough before you changed plugs? If not, first thoughts...are the plug wires firmly seated/connected to the plugs?

Yes it was doing it when before changing plugs. Still has same issue after change but a few minutes later it went back to running fine. Know it’s back running rough and won’t rev past 6000rpm.
We swapped fuel pump lines from one fuel pump to the other. Same engine ran rough. It has warranty but that is 7 hrs away and we are on vacation at lake.

wire connection loose on a coil?

Check all electrical connections including at the battery. How's the voltage?

Maybe try to swap the coils between the engines?
( - to try to determine if it is electric or fuel related)
