120 Hp Problems

I have a 1995 120 Hp Sugar Sand that I have rebuilt about 5 years ago.

The problem I have is that I have water coming into the #4 cylinder and steam cleaning the piston.

Besides the head gasket and the crankshaft seal would anybody know what else I can look for?

Where else can water get into that cylinder, it still runs but only on 3 cylinders.

Any ideas would be helpful.
