When I purchased the boat, the previous owner told me the 12V plug in didn’t work…I found out why…the wires connected to the back of the plug in are not connected on the back end. Anyone know where these wires are supposed to plug into? Thanks in advance.

Is that a usb plug?

Looks to me like you need a power jumping from your fuse to the middle fixture. You also need a ground to your middle fixture.
I don’t have an FSH - but the top one in the pic is my Helm usb. (Also has audio jack) The bottom one is the 12v “cigarette lighter” plug. And 2nd pic is a usb charger volt meter I installed. If yours is only a power source- you may only need jumpers from the positive, or there are power and ground dangling around there somewhere. The Factory USB on the 2021 FSH 210 is just connected to the Radio, it does not put out enough current to charge anything if its something else then its not facotry and has been changed.

It's the same on my boat - the USB port is connected back to the Fusion at the stern and has low output. But the USB port on the port side is powered and charges our phones well.

Whatever you do, don't use alligator clips for the final connection as the vibrations will loosen them off. It's hard to tell from the pics, but you should have a red and black spade lug connector to put on the back of the socket like in @Farny 's post. That's exactly how mine looks.

The FSH 210 only had the Stereo USB and Cigerate lighter, No other usb ports for the 2020 and 2021 210.
