Have a 19 195. The center yellow roller is 3 5/8" wide between the ears. After researching here, I bought the '25001-K 3.5 inch Stoltz Bow Roller with Bells for Yamaha Jet Boat- Shoreland'r Trailers'
3.5 inch Stoltz Bow Roller with Bells for Yamaha Jet Boat- Shoreland'r Trailers
The outside bells are stamped RP434 which seems correct. The inner piece does not have a stamp at all. Looking at the Stolz site, since it has the flat center rather than the V, it appears it's a RP355. There is no stamp on the center nor on either side indicating what it is. The problem is, the space between the trailer's ears is 3 5/8" and the Stolz center bell that was part of the kit is only 3 3/8", leaving a 1/4" gap (2 1/8" gaps on either side) if I were to install it.
Before I remove the OEM one, will I have a problem with this gap between the ears? Am I going to bend the ears in when tightening the bolt? Should I fill it with thick washers?
If I had a center roller that was a true 3 1/2" width, which I thought the 355 was in this kit, I'd be fine.
Thoughts?
