195S wont accelerat over 20

If your boat has a super charger then it sounds like the SC clutch needs fixing. Again if your boat has a SC, pull the hose off of the SC and see if the turbine spins both ways, if it does the clutch is bad and needs replacing

I believe the 195S is the towered supercharged version of my boat. Makes sense. At that RPM, the engine would be screaming with minimal movement.

Check a couple things:

-Spark plugs - Either replace or verify each is getting spark.
-Check the foam in the engine bay, some people have had issues with the foam being loose and getting sucked into the air filter box and cutting off the air.
-Verify the clean out plug is seating properly - install it and fill the top with water and crawl under it. If it is gushing, it isn't sealing. Should hold water.
-Make sure nothing is stuck in the grate or around the shaft.
-Verify the throttle spring is opening completely. With motor off, put throttle in full throttle position, pop engine hatch and go to the spring mounted on the left inside wall and see if it turns more or is bottomed out.
-Verify the reverse bucket is lifting fully when in forward and is not blocking the jet.
-Finally, check the supercharger clutch. Seems unlikely due to the age of the boat, but you never know. Should only spin in one direction, if it spins both ways it's trashed.

Hopefully it is something silly, I'd fill the clean out port first and see if it leaks since you worked on the plug last.

What do you mean plug? If you have clean out plug problem and RPM goes up to 5K, it means its not seated correctly. Replace plug first before you start dismantling anything lol.

Did you check the super charger clutch like I suggested? Your symptoms are exactly like those of others who’s SC clutch has gone bad.

WITH ENGINE OFF pull off the hose from the SC so you can see the turbine, if you can spin it both ways with your finger the SC clutch is bad.

At full throttle you can't get it to rev over 5200 RPM? what does it do at full throttle, does it stutter or what happens?

I thoughts at first you may need to replace the impeller but if that were the case you would have cavitation and be bouncing off the rev limiter at full throttle

It's about 3/4 throttle gets to 5200-5400 after that just plateaus

What altitude are you using the boat? If cluch is good then my guess is you have a bad coil pack or intake leak since you already replaced your spark plugs.
