I got this 95 bayliner jazz with a 120 hp engine. It's been sitting a couple of years, and the old owner says it ran the last time he had it out. When I try to start it, the starter doesn't work with the key, I have to jump the solenoid to activate the starter. Then the starter turns the engine over too slow to start the motor. I've cleaned up all or at least most of contacts and I squirted some wd-40 in the cylinders and worked the motor around a few times and put new plugs in. And I know it's got the red stator, and I'm thinking I'd replace the starter first and the solonoid. Would that be correct?
