I have used these coupons twice on Ebay. I'm not arguing, but who is funding this madness?

I have gotten to the point of keeping my wishlist active in Ebay now just waiting on those coupons. Here are some ground rules, they are time sensitive and you can only use them once per Ebay ID. So choose wisely and quickly. I think this one expires at 7pm.

I wondered this as well. I was thinking they must get back half of it from 10% selling fee. Then hope the next 10% is made up by new customers? Max discount is $100 but figure a $50 avg. discount on 50,000 sales would be 2.5 million in discounts.
