2004 Speedster 160 noise on shift

Quick question that I had at the bottom of another thread, just hoping to get an answer.

2004 Speedster 160, when moving the lever to neutral, it makes a constant beep / Rattle sound. What could this be? Sound stops when in forward or reverse.
