I know some don’t believe it is needed and I personally don’t need it but if I want to be able to tube or ski behind this boat, the wife will need a single throttle. She attempted to drive the other day and it was horrible. I thought after 5 hours things would get better but her hand is just to small to push both throttles even close to the same rpm at the same time. I believe the throttle sync is permanently out of stock as well as it doesn’t mention fitting a 2004. There was the 3D printed alternative that some got that looked like it would work. I don’t believe those are being made anymore either and I never found the 3D print file. Does anyone know of an alternative or easy way to turn this boat into a single throttle for the wife and newbies so I can actually participate in water sports at times.

Thanks for any advice.

Contact @JetBoatPilot . He seems to be connected with everything jetboat.

If you find one that works please let me know. I'd love to get one too.

I ended up calling the place that carried that throttle sync to see if it would fit 2018s and they said it wouldn't and they wouldn't be stocking it any more too. I'm not sure if it didn't sell very well or what.

since you have a 2004 I would consider Perfect Pass, at $1k it's expensive but it works for towing people,

maybe if she tries to throttle underhanded it might be easier for her, using her palm for the port and thumb/forefinger to adjust starboard rpm,

Perfect pass is worth every penny.
