Hello everyone.

I bought this boat a couple of weeks ago on Craig’s. Seller was motivated and I purchased without even knowing if the motors turned over (rolling the dice). It has not been ridden in since 2013 and the cover “came off” in 2016-2017 time frame. He bought it new in 2006 from the dealer and it was the test drive boat and had 10 hours when purchased. It has only been in freshwater lakes.

it would be nice if you put some cost next to each task done.. so we can get a good idea what over all cost might be.. also where you get each part..
so we can have as a lead on where to when as such part may be needed...
keep me posted if you found a pair of cheap DynaFly YG-DF-14/23 impellers, nose cone and J-Max to buy (as I am searching for as such currently)
nice work so far....
wait till you see mine (will post video and images soon)
thanks

Wow... its a shame he let the boat get in that condition.. all the work you are doing looks like u r bringing the boat back to life. Thise old mr1 motora are very reliable power plants as long as he took care of them. A fresh set of plugs is the key! Good luck.. u can find any info u need on this site!

U mite want to look into sending the computers off and let them change the injector inputs so that you don't have a problem with the injector staying open.

Yes, they run just fine. Except the replaced thermostat. Just needed a new battery.

Do you have a link for that?

The name of the company is carmo electronics us in California. It's I think 75 for the to check it and then when they fix it they take that off the price I think the total price is 300 and they turn it around n abt 2 weeks and give a one year warranty if you search here I started. Tread on it

congratulations! it looks great, thanks for posting, it's great to hear about these restoration projects!

Be careful with the #3 spark plug when you change it, it has a history of being seized and breaking off in the head,

and check that scupper!

Fantastic outcome with both engines running!!! Congratulations!

New trim around storage door
