Pulled plugs no sign of water , but what i did find is that number one and number 5 has signs of water in top of the plugs do you think the vavle cover gasket could be to blame 104197

Here is what the number 5 plug looks like and number one was worse as far as gunk on top of plug

Pull the dipstick and see what color the oil is and what the oil level is also

I believe MR-1 engines have issues with the exhaust manifold leaking water from corrosion, do a search and see what you can find it may point you in the correct direction but that is what comes to mind.

just one of many = manifolds crack/seeping – this is a relatively new item we heard about but any MR1 would be worth monitoring. https://jetboaters.net/threads/milky-foamy-oil-in-a-2008-ar210-with-825-hours.13994/page-2 or https://jetboaters.net/threads/2005-ar230-saga-continues-now-i-have-water-in-the-oil.10555/

The steel tube coming through the valve cover is the cooling water return line. The end of it under the valve cover has a ORing on it that seals it to the water passage in the head. That may possibly be leaking.

Drain the oil from the bolt on the back of the motor and check the o ring listed above

Thank you guys for all your help

What was the final verdict?

My guess cracked block, breach at the exhaust manifold or by the head gasket
