2006 sx 230 chart-plotter install

i have a 2006 sx230 and I bought a Lowrance hook 5 for it. Any pics or recommendations on how to mount it near or on the dash. I was liking the sea sucker and ram mount on the right side idea, but my boat has padding all the way up to the dash.

One simple option is Ram makes a twist locking window mount you can put on the right hand side of the driver on the glass I know a few people who have used this with great success even offshore.

Do you have any pics? Is there a special one for the window or a normal 4.5 inch one?
