2008 seadoo challenger

Hello I have a 2008 seadoo challenger 430 my check engine light comes on approximately 10-15 minutes into each ride. My right engine runs approximately 500 rpms higher than the left any idea what this could mean? The right engine has the check light in there is no seaweed in the jet any ideas would help me greatly thank you!

are you getting a fault code? owner's manual should help you acquire it.

my C180 is single engine, but on my old 2005 AR230HO, the impellers were different. this caused a difference in RPMs - they are designed that way.
