2009 Jetcraft 1875 Whitewater - Engine Revs but no Thrust

Hello, I bought a 2009 Jetcraft 1875 Whitewater with a Yamaha engine. Boat was running great, and then I sucked up some sand and rocks. It works finds at low speeds below 400RPMS and then if I go higher it doesn't have any thrust and blows white smoke. I have cleaned the intake grate, pulled the pump apart everything looks good. Any ides what the issue could be?
