can anyone tell me the socket size for the impeller nut i want to make one before i pull everything apart. thanks

thanks Bilmon i was thinking that was the shaft size not the socket size for the nut becuse that would make the shaft 3/4 that seams small for a output shaft, but i been wrong before

You're right, I'm wrong. just went over to my shop and measured my Merc socket. 1.84 about 1 7/8
