Yeah, I feel the same as above posted. You'll know if you try to contact them and they claim to be out of the country all of the sudden or come up with some excuse that you can't see it in person.

When no phone number is provided I assume that they are fishing for email addresses to spam in the future.

It is common for spammers to post underpriced ads to collect responding email addresses.

Usually if there are no location on the title, then it's most likely not to be real. Especially when the price is really low.
