For those who need a price comp....SOLD 5/2018 for $38,000 within 48 hours of listing for sale at $39,999.
Selling our 2013 Yamaha 242 Limited S that we bought new in May 2013. This is Yamaha's top of the line boat with every option and in excellent condition and still looks brand new inside and out.
The boat currently has 204 hours from use at Lake Gaston and the Chesapeake Bay. It received all scheduled maintenance at 10, 50, 100, 150, and 200 hours. The boat was fully-flushed and cleaned after every use and was cared for with an open checkbook and it shows. It is currently de-winterized and ready to go for the season. Boat was kept in a covered dry slip (boatel) and was always stored with Yamaha's custom black boat cover. This boat has only seen the sun on days it was being used.
The boat includes everything that came on it new, plus the following upgrades:
Hydro-Teak foam teak-look flooring throughout,
ThrustVector XL steering enhancement,
ThrottleSync system,
20' Keel Guard,
Dometic 974 porti-potti,
and Tru-Lock clean out plug upgrades.
Includes Yamaha's premium black boat cover with anti-pooling poles AND a white standard shipping cover with anti-pooling poles. Both are custom made for this boat and go around the wakeboard tower.
The included Shorelander dual-axle, swing-away-tongue, galvanized Trailer has disc brakes and less than 500 miles of use. Upgrades include 60" LED Smith Guides, boat buckles, and traction pads on the trailer walking surfaces.
We are also including some boating necessities such as 3 engine flush adapters, an anchor (with rope, chain, and storage bag), 5 mooring ropes, 3 hull-hugger fenders, 2 underwater lights (new in package), a bluetooth adapter for the stereo,and cleaning supplies.
For your future maintenance needs, we are including an oil change kit, 2 sets of spark plugs for both engines, misc. spare parts, and maintenance accessories (such as a winterization flush bucket). Includes the original boat owners manual, trailer manual, accessory manuals, and even a full Yamaha dealer service manual.
