Anyone with 2014 212X install port plug? I was trying to find best location.

My thought was in the Aft juts below the rope tow hitch.....but on the inside of this spot is our fume exhaust system. It would have been perfect there....in the middle for either side.

My thought right now is just below the seat on the port side where the batteries are located. wither spot I could run extension cord under my cover in the winter.

Anyone have pics of where they put theirs?

Are you referring to a through hull power plug?

Yes...2" hole saw

I just did this in my 212x. Put it in the bottom of the cup holder above the master switch. Hidden out of the way, and not a 2" hole in the side of the boat. Worst case it's a $10 cup holder.

Mine goes to its new home in a slip tomorrow, wanted a power supply/charger to run the bilge should the battery die.

I did it.....was easy access taking rear speaker inside cabin off to be sure was clear next to fuel filler. Drilled 1 1/4 hole through firewall next to this area in engine compartment. Wow, Ive don't more mods this winter than I did on my previous boat its entre existence......lol

Are you able to put your cover on and plug in the power cord at the same time with it in that place?

Yes, its fits in nicely and I ran it down only about 4-6 inches....I can unzip the fuel access and look to verify its still plugged in. I got the cord with lighted end so I could see it was good as well.
