We took our new to us boat out for the second time yesterday and the radio worked for a few minutes and went dead. No power. Everything else seems to work fine. There is a 1A fuse on the yellow wire that seems blown. I replaced it with a 10A fuse at home since that was what I had on hand, but still no go. The fuses on the red wire and on the back of the head unit look ok. What else should I be looking at?
Thanks!

I would start with a multimeter to check if the wires have power. I had some water get on my radio when I was washing it and it quit working but it started later after it dried out. Just a thought.

Problem solved, I guess. I just pulled the three fuses I could see behind the radio including the one I replaced on the yellow line, the one on the head unit and the one on the red line and they all looked good. Turned the radio on again and it worked fine. Maybe the fuse I replaced wasn’t sitting quite right? Anyhow, I guess I’ll keep some fuses on hand for now.

Anyone know what the proper fuse would be for the yellow line?

I will check and see what is in mine when I go mess with the boat. Running wires for the leds in my speakers today and trying to find the will to go do it lol
