Was in the Florida Keys for a week and my AR192 ran fine for several days. The following morning it wouldn't start but it cranks. Boats rear deck lid is down, it's in neutral and Ive disconnected the kill switch completely and shot the wire at ECM to ensure it wasn't shorting to ground. Just placed a Spark Tester on each ignition coil and I have no spark on any of them. Checked to see if 12v is at each ignition coil and there is. Any other guidance would be greatly appreciated. Seems to be heading towards a bad ECM.

What about checking fuses?

All 5 fuses check good. Also checked pin 27 on ECM for input voltage of 12v, it was good. Checked all 4 ECM grounds at pins 46, 62, 67 and 70...all were good.

(30 A) (battery)
(10 A) (main and fuel pump relay)
(10 A) (ETV relay)
(3 A) (nonuse)
(20 A) (main and fuel pump relay)

The ECM is an expensive item to guess at. I'm not very familiar with Yamaha ignition system, but If you have access to an oscilloscope then you can check that you have signal from the crank or cam sensors. The sensors are important so the ECM to determine engine position. Do you have access to the YDS?

Don't have an oscilloscope and I dont have access to YDS. If im not mistaken I though the YDS system is for 2013 and older boats. The YDIS system for 2014 and newer uses a smart app on your iPhone but you need to be a boat mechanic or work at a yamaha dealership to enable it. Unless someone else has some more guidance I think im going to take it in and have a mechanic validate its the ECM. I'd buy one myself but i bet you cant return that type of part. Hell of a gamble.

Oh okay. I only know diagnostics from the automotive world because I was a mechanic for many years. Fortunately I haven’t needed to learn about my Yamaha.. maybe you can check over at the greenhulk forum or other. People here typically don’t know much about technical issues. But the people on those jet ski forums are familiar with breaking things and racing. The systems are the same as the Yamaha boats.
