New in box clarion out of 2014 212x bluetooth. The original quit working so I had to purchase a new one. Month and a half later yamaha sent me another. 200.00 plus a few bucks for shipping
I still have it on the boat but it wont work with my new head unit. I bought a new one but have not switched them out yet. Just because of the wire. I will include it as well as the floating remote. Just not sure about the wire if its possible to splice
If you need the remote let me take a look tomorrow and see what it will take to remove. I have portable remote, manual, and new head unit. I will message you tomorrow
Its in my '14 CMD6......its good, sounds good. If you want to use XM....you cant.....its old Sirius and everyone who has the receiver box is gouge selling them for over $200 so you can but its not worth the EXTRA $200 investment. Older boats will need to modify for the larger holding space/face.
But if you just like CD or stream from ipod/ipad or smartphone its excellent and recommended by me. I stream Iheart radio on mine.
Yamaha sells their bluetooth adapter for about $79, but Phil Dill Boats, a yamaha dealer in Lewisville Texas, has an aftermarket BT that fits that radio, for less than $50.
