2014 AR192 supercharged 300 hours. $19,500 negotiable. Priced for a fast sale. Top speed approx 48mph. Always trailered. Never stayed in the water over night. Always flushed, cleaned, and covered after use. (Included is OEM Yamaha mooring cover) I changed the oil and spark plugs every spring. More than $5k in mods was done to the boat. The sound system is VERY loud. The trailer was rebuilt in August 2022 and is like a new trailer now. I serviced the pump cone in 2022 and changed the grease. I also inspected the impeller + wear ring - everything is perfect.

I've had this boat since December 2018 and only had 1 minor issue and I put a new engine temperature sensor last year. Otherwise the boat has been rock solid reliable. I love this boat, but I have upgraded to a larger boat.

1 of the pictures shows bad stitching on a cushion. This was repaired, I removed the cover, sew it, and stapled the cover back on.

The boat isn't perfect. The seats are 7/10 with some minor stains and a poorly repaired 1" tear on the rear platform backrest. Exterior is 8/10 with some small scratches. Mechanics are 10/10, no issues and always winterized and shrink wrapped. Trailer is 10/10 and completely rebuilt in 2022.

The current pictures are old, but the boat looks almost the same. I will detail and take pics within the next few weeks. Faster if you are genuinely interested.

I've been on this group for a long time and I am very knowledgable about these boats. If you're traveling a long distance I can send you a lot of high quality photos, videos, whatever so we don't waste our time. I want you to be happy with the boat and I get my upgraded boat next year.

Yesterday I took it out and also I did a quick detailing and buffed/polished it. The boat looks great, some scratches, but overall an excellent looking boat for the year.
$19,500 someone is getting an excellent deal. I'm tempted to shrinkwrap and store it until spring, but I don't like the idea of having 2 boats lol

Yeah I feel like I'm giving it away at that price. There's a lot of interest on facebook, but people are being stupid and offering $15k. I got a killer deal on the new boat and I just want to move this boat to someone who will appreciate $19,500. Really good 1st boat or if someone wants to make it a rental boat to make money.

lol I was in Brazil in 2020 and 2021. Then I was in Colombia, but I came to NY for 4th of July and have been here since. I have a flight in 3 weeks to Colombia, but if I have a new boat, and the weather looks good, I may have to delay that flight a few weeks.

Bump. There's a lot of interest but nobody serious has arrived. Only clownish ? offers. I would like to see this boat gone, but I will have to winterize it soon and sell this in the spring. Because I am going south to Colombia on September 30th and I will list it for more money in the spring.

Haha. But he replied that he doesn't want someone elses headache. Interesting, out of all my friends and their boats, this is the only boat that doesn't cause problems. My friend has 2 broken I/O's and he drove my 242 on Sunday. He knows that Yamaha has never given me problems so he is seriously thinking about changing to yamaha jetboat.

Been lurking through here for a couple weeks and finally made an account to save some of these threads to... Anyways, that was my reddit post. I'm happy to hear the she's almost 10 years old and no problems. Fairs well for me in the future as I look to buy into the Yamaha family. I appreciate the fella linking your boat and definitely agree she looks solid through the photos!

But it's time I got something new that I could put all the hours and maintenance in and make it my boat, you know?... best of luck with the move and the spring time sale!

They're great boats and that's a reason that a lot of us are return yamaha customers. I understand why you want a new boat. Personally, I'm a long time mechanic and engineer so there's little risk in buying used because I can deal with any surprises. But good luck on finding your boat!

Question: Do you think this boat could be rigged to throw a decent surf wave? Not looking for a pro level wave, but enough for novice adults to surf ropeless?

I never tried to surf off this boat. But definitely you want a larger boat if you want to surf. There's a vendor here that works with ballasts and wake wedges. He would know best so you can send him an email Wake Wedge for Yamaha Boats

And in other news, the AR192 is shrink-wrapped. I'll be here in December if someone is really interested. Otherwise it will be listed again in March/April 2024.

I'm still thinking about your boat, haha! It sounds like some folks have had luck surfing the 19-footers with a little setup.

For what it's worth, I'm interested in surfing myself and also having my (ages 13 and 10) kids learn to surf. And my wife, I should add. We're all total noobs, so don't require the greatest surf wave of all time, but it has to be ropeless.

I also need to work out storage/usage logistics. I started a driveway logistics thread in the towing section of this site that got a lot of useful responses, but I'm still pretty intimidated by the prospect of backing a boat into my spot (long, skinny driveway on a busy street). I recently turned down a slip that was being offered at $372/month, because if I pay that much for a slip, I can't also afford the boat.

Anyway, I see that you'll be back soon. I'll try to do some hard thinking and problem solving between now and 12/2...

If you decide to come by, you can water test it no problem. As far as backing up a driveway, it's an easy boat to tow because the beam on the 19ft is 8ft wide. I put this in my backyard with a gate that's slightly less than 9ft wide (my 242 with 8'6" beam is tight!). The nice thing about my AR192 is that I installed a spotlight on the tower and it's useful backing it into the yard at night. It turns the yard into daylight, super bright. I wish my 242 had that!
