I know I've found this information previously, but I can't find the old brochure from 2015 anymore. Wondering what the on water height of the tower is. We found a lake house we're interested in, but it's on a chain of lakes, and in order to get from the boat landing to the lake with the house we're interested in (and to any other lakes on the chain), we have to go under a bridge.

Right now the lakes are as high as they ever are, but it looks like it only has about seven feet of clearance. We're taking the boat out tomorrow to see if it'll work, just trying to get a head start on it, plus I might sleep better tonight if I know the answer.

Follow-up question: how much will the ballast lower the boat, if the bridge clearance is a little tight? Are we talking 2" or 6"-8"? We really like this place, but if we had to take the tower up and down all the time, I think this bridge clearance issue would be a deal breaker.

Thanks.

Specs on the current 212X, which should be nearly the same as yours, are 7'3"

Follow-Uo Question No. 2: How easy is it to take the tow row post on top of the tower off?

I figure that alone should give 3” of more clearance!

If it is still like the 2008, the tow post is a solid piece welded to the tower.
