2015 AR 192 - 70 Hours - Supercharger Clutch Check

Proud new owners of a 2015 AR 192 - all service records from inception came with the boat and it was well maintained. Seems to have a mechanical issue where cold it won't climb over 5200 RPM warmed up occassionally it will hit 7500 but it is inconsistent. Major vibration over 2500rpm. I am not a mechanic but just changed spark plugs, put on fresh gas w/ SeaFoam, reset clean out, visually inspected impeller and engine...and still intermittent power.. after reading all posts, maybe a Supercharger Clutch? Is there a video on how I access that to see if it spins both ways? Any other thoughts?
