Hello all! As many of you know I am in the USAF. I received PCS orders this weekend and I will not be able to take my beloved boat with me. I purchased her in 2016 with 19 hours from the original owner, she now has 95hrs. Prior to the 2017 Bimini trip I made a few upgrades for safety and comfort. I installed full SeaDek from @JetBoatPilot , installed @Mainah Push Button Start Mod, 2017 AR240 Steering Wheel (I didn't like the feel of the 2015 plastic version) Standard Horizon 1700 UHF Radio with 4ft antenna, NOCO Genius 2 Bank smart charger, Garmin 53DV Chart plotter, Small Box Anchor, 9ft Gator Guard keel guard, I also installed a charger port in the glove box and mounted a flag pole for the antenna and flags. I returned from Afghanistan 2 weeks ago and changed the oil and filters with Yamaha factory replacements. Our family loves this boat and we hate to sell her but we will be going to Japan for the next 4yrs and I can't let her sit in storage that long. I am only trying to get what I owe which is $45k OBO. I feel that this is a good price on an upgraded, low hour boat. It will also come with the galvanized trailer that has the updated radial tires. I am also willing to deliver the boat or meet halfway depending on the distant. I am located in Sumter SC, about an hour east of Columbia SC. Also, if anyone needs a RAM 2500 I am selling my truck also. Thanks for your time and please let me know if you have any questions or need specific pictures. 20170708_202707.jpg 20170708_202650.jpg 20170708_202639.jpg 20170704_163425.jpg 20170704_163503.jpg 20170704_163523.jpg 20170704_163623.jpg 20170704_163637.jpg 20170704_163647.jpg 20170704_163708.jpg 20170704_163850.jpg 20170704_163419.jpg 20170708_084536.jpg

Its an honor to serve. If I could take my truck to tow the boat I would be keeping it. Going to Kadena which is located on Okinawa and they wont allow vehicles made after 1976.

unfortunately it is the right call to make.
Maybe on the way back the let you import one those outboard pod yamahas

If you owed half that i would be my truck already! Sweeet boat!
Sorry you must depart but thanks for doing so!

@Rob9550 sharp boat, nicely modded and GLWTS. I'm sure it will make a nice boat for someone! Hate to see you having to part with it but it can always be replaced later in life. Thank you for your service sir! [flag]

When is the relocation? I was hoping to get to met y'all at the Lake Martin Gathering :(

My wife pointed out a few people we know are all getting assigned to Japan as well. The one I know most is supposedly only for 6 months however.

You’ll love Kadena. Invest in some nice snorkeling and scuba gear when you arrive.

Be glad it’s not Misawa. That place is in the cold bitter north. And plus Kadena will be a nice break from Shaw. Only negative I see is selling that nice boat...

I will be heading over there in Jan-Feb. @haknslash even if we sell we are still coming over in August. I will see about renting a Ski or borrow my parents Pontoon. Won't be as fun but its better than sitting on the shore.

Awesome glad y'all are still going to make it!

Hey! First post woohoo! Anyways, nice looking boat. If she's still available when I get back from this deployment (July time frame) I'd love to take a look.

Sure thing, stay safe.

I have seen the boat up close and she is a beauty! @Rob9550 hate you have to get rid of her. Best of luck on the move to Japan with the family buddy!

Thanks for the kind words, we hate to have to sell our baby. I know we will get another when we return.

First off, thank you for your service.
Great looking boat! And good luck with the sale.
As for Kadena, get ready for the Humidity. A lot has changed since I was stationed in Okinawa. I served in the USMC and spent 2 yrs there. It is a beautiful place but will take getting use to. Like Jawsf16 mentioned, invest in scuba gear. Sanabi sea wall has some great scuba diving spots as well as Courtney Bay.
Be safe and best of luck to you!

I have an offer pending, need to complete paperwork and logistics of delivery. Money talks...so if anyone is still in the market PM me.

I was stationed at Camp Hanson many moons ago (1984) for a year. I thought it was a great place. The beaches, water and scenery were terrific. The only bad this was I got prickly heat because it was so friggin hot. Thanks for your service!
