The 2016's are coming!!

What do you want to see? What do you think is coming?

Let the annual debate begin!

A 24' dual 1.8L center console starting at $37k :D

Seriously though I'm not expecting big changes for the 24' other than new graphics. I can see the 19 and 21 foot boats getting some new sound deadening, maybe new freeboard designs like they did in the 24 footers and of course new graphics. Maybe Connext trickling into a special 21 footer or something.

As for my wishes? Well, I plan to purchase a new boat around February so I'm just hoping for incentive deals either on leftovers or new 2016's LOL

My wish list:
  1. Sound reduction on all models
  2. Keel and rudder on all models
  3. Hinged seats throughout line up
  4. Super Ballast Wake Surf Edition
  5. Special trade in allowances (20k off) for owners of 2005 SX 230s :-)
  6. Bigger biminis

I predict most of the lineup will be restyled...

New boats - 242x E-Series, 242 Limited S E-Series, 242 Limited E-Series ?? :)

Only thing I could find related to E-Series was that Solas appears to have a line of props that have that designation.

Maybe Yamaha teamed up with Solas and is offering boats with Solas pump parts installed??

242X...... :brb:

Thanks @RobA what a let down already. Come on Yamaha!!!! Supercharge one of the 24 footers - stick two of those 250HP SVHO engines in a boat!!!! If you're buying a boat based on fuel economy then - stop looking!

so the 210 are going away it looks like?

No 190FSH either...

aren;t those just the ones with the Cats on them??? The base 1.0 liter engine doesn;t have all that crap on it does it??? So then they would need the CARB rating would they???

I don;t know all the laws on this stuff but I thought the old MR-1 regular output engines do not need the cats.

This CA's ARB site so maybe check other states? Or look at last years sheet and see if it looks the same.

I heard from a little bird that the 212X will be no more, replaced with a new 23'. I know for a fact WakeMakers has been tapped to build the ballast system for it. Finding out this little tid bit might have me hold off on my purchase if my boat does not sell by Friday... The info on the ballast came from Skylon as they lost the contract to provide the ballast bags to wake makers... and my call to WM said they are selling the systems but they are not for the 212X :muted:

Get rid of the keel! Bring back traditional steering jetboats!

Hmmm where are these little birds at ?

I know a little something ----> <-------- I whited out the text due to the fact I should really say. I will say that there might be a Liquid Affair 3 in the near future :banghead: , I should have waited!
