Hello all,
I'm new the forum but have owned my SX190 for 2 years now. I have never really ever got my top speed on my SX190 to get over 35 mph. Each year i have it serviced and winterized. I just put the boat in the water last weekend - max 35 mph @ an RPM of about 6600-6700. My RPM's and speed appear to be good to that point, then I'm maxed out.
The boat has a full tank of gas, 1 person (me 185 lbs), and 2 life vests. Air temp about 80 degrees - located just outside of Atlanta, Ga.
Could this be spark plugs? Gas? ECM?
Any input is appreciated.
I have seen the other threads about removing the ribbon, changing the air filter, etc., but this for now i'd like to keep stock if possible.
Thanks
Ken
