Hi guys, just picked up my slightly used 2017 242 xe. Hoping you all can help me out. Thanks in advance!

On the passengers side next to the captains chair where the locking glovebox is i have that black area that has little hooks... is there supposed to be some kind of netting or something?

No ice chest with my boat, is there a factory ice chest that is supposed to be in one of the storage compartments?

previous owner must have driven the flip up anchor light on top of bimini into something and broke it. The plastic base broke off the bimini... is there a website you all get parts from that would have a replacement?

Thanks guys!!

Congrats on the boat. I have an 18. To answer your q’s

Yes, there’s an oversized black bungee net that fits poorly and I haven’t found a good use for it yet. Yes there’s a cheap igloo cooler. Grab any one at Walmart or amazon to fit, nothing special about the included one.

That anchor light was poorly designed. They are prone to breaking at the mount. Maybe a 3D printed new base would be a nice project for when I buy my 3D printer.

Congrats on the boat. I have the same model and love it.

I put one of those square throwable life preservers there. It keep flying out everywhere else I put it. Want to keep the coast guard happy if I get inspected.

I use the net to hold a charcoal container that I put garbage in since the one things these boats don't offer is a decent garbage can.

Thanks so much guys! Another quick question... my boat will be moored, how do i keep the auto bilge active? Do I have to leave the house battery switch on and auto bilge selected on connex?

I don't wet slip mine, maybe someone else will chime in.

I leave auto bilge on in connext and leave my batteries (house and start) to on. I completely remove my key. When I hang out at the boat I can hear the bilge cycle every few minute so I know it works.

I am pretty sure you could just leave the house batter on. When I get to the boat, I pop in the key, turn the key to on and let the blower run for a few minutes, then start the motors and go.
