Our the Galvanized and Steel trailers the same size for a 2018 AR195? My understanding is the 18s are 19',2". However, dealership is telling me the Galvanized is 20" which does not sound correct.
Not quite clear on your question. Boat or trailer?
As there was a hull change, but not enough to justify a new trailer. And honestly, the trailers with the bolted on winch stand will adjust to a longer or shorter boat easily. They had no real reason to change it for a couple inches in hull change if that was what it was.
Gotcha, that sounds correct. As the boat hull was 19' 2". And was extended to 19' 5" (not sure what year that was) He is quoting the length of the trailer with the tongue folded. As those trailers for the 190 series were 22' extended and 20', 1" folded.
The goal was to match the length of the boat when folded. But this trailer was designed to hold a boats from 19-20' with little adjustment to winch post and axles for balance.
