2018 Yamaha 212X ballast and speed pre-programing

Hi, I just got a 2018 212X, and I am trying to figure out how to pre-program ballast and speed for wake surfing?
I saw feature videos and read that we can do that on the 212x, but I really don't know how to do it.
any help would be greatly appreciated!
