Hello!, I am trying to fix a boat that I bought as a repo and I think I understand why it might have been repossed lol!. The current problem is the cluster is not coming on or doing anything. The engine is running fine so i suspect it may be a bad cluster.
I am trying to verify before I spend over $1000 on a new one.
From a real cloudy image on the internet I think I was able to understand the powers and grounds but not entirely sure.
If anyone has access to a electrical diagram it would be much appreciated, Thanks so much!
Oh and the boat is a 19 195 Open with I believe a 250hp 4-tec

I have yet to see a Scarab electrical diagram. I'm certain dealers have them, but they haven't been released into the wild from what I've seen.

Ok I ordered the one. Hopefully this has diagrams in it.

Service Manual JP AA Rotax 1503 4-TEC 150-200-250 HP (Service Manual P-N 460660) - Shop Manual Maintenance [Special Procedures].

It does not. I have it. I'm assuming you mean pins to the cluster/gauge... I assume you checked the basics first... fuses, wiring, etc.

Yes I did that checked at the gauge connector. Its interesting there are no wiring diagrams for these boats or power systems.
I have a dealership in Jacksonville from what I can see that is the only way to go.
I have other issues with the reversing module and I see from other post that is has to be calibrated if it needs a new module.
It is also getting powers and grounds.
This boat was rode hard and but up wet for sure!

Scarab seems to keep their info quite secret. Presumably to protect their business via their dealers. BRP's stuff is available all over, hence that manual. But Scarab's specific way of installing things, etc. isn't.
