Are all Yamaha jet boats TR1 after 2016?

No. The 210's both FSH and AR SX are TR1's. 212's, are the 1.8's.

Its all good the TR1's designate they are the 3 cylinder.

what is the MR1?

MR1s are 1.1 liter four cylinder marinized versions of the R1 motorcycle engine. They are built from more expensive components than the 1.8 and TR-1 and in the HO version produce 145 HP per liter.
