My family and I decided to walk through the Vancouver boat show last weekend. It wasn't really planned we walked out with a deal on a new 2018 AR195! Just picked it up today and can't wait for the weather to warm up on Vancouver Island.... In the mean time I'll have plenty of time to farkle it up.

Big shout out to GA Checkpoint Yamaha in PoCo BC which made the whole purchase experience really pleasant.

We made the same mistake several years ago. Just wanted to see the boats. Walked away with a 20 foot bass boat. Did the same thing with an RV show. We now stay away from those shows....:) If you don't mind me asking what brand and size tire came on your AR195?

Congrats. Yall are gonna love it. We like pics in this forum ?

I have a 195S but that black and red color combo in my opinion is the best they did on the AR195! Nice looking boat!

We have the same boat, love it. @gwrace1 on ours we have carlisle tires, not sure about the wheel brand though.

Ours is coming with the Carlyle bias tires. I prefer to run with radials so ordered a set of Goodyear Endurance tires

We’ll go with something similar when the time comes to replace them. We trailer about 15 miles each way to our lake, so not much use getting on them. Sitting all winter in the garage is probably worse on the tires than the trailering is.

For prolonged storage your probably better off putting the trailer up on jack stands to get the weight off the tires. Prevents flat spots. Were right in the center of the highland lakes here in Texas. So commute can range from 5 to 30 miles one way. We also take our boats out of state.

That's what we have. With travel trailers, many have had problems with them delaminating, but TTs are usually loaded much closer to tire and axle limits. I'll give them a season and see. First, I gotta figure out how to mount a spare.

I need to do the spare as well. Mine didn't come with one either ?

Nice. Appreciate that. Where does the matching spare wheel and tire come from though

I didn’t get a matching wheel. I have it covered so I didn’t feel a need to source a matching set.

Welcome aboard and I definitely feel you on waiting on the weather to warm up I just bought a new to me 2017 sx190 in January
