2019 AR240 graphics question

I have a 2016 AR240 and am thinking of changing the decals. Can someone that has a 2019 with the green graphic confirm if the black portion of the decal area is paint/gel coat or is it decal? Looking at online parts, the schematics look like the black area is gel coat and NOT part of the decals. Thanks.

might help.....i have a red/gray 2019, but the decal looks to be the same configuration just with diff colors. the bottom and rear are colored gel coat, but the decal has a color matched border.
