Hello,

I had my boat repaired in Wildwood New Jersey - they replaced the nozzle deflector, part number 6HH-R1313-00-00. Well, bottom screw came out of the nozzle they replaced and it broke. This part is now back-ordered with an estimated availability date of 8/25/2020. A week before my boat season ends. I am DESPERATE to find this part. Can anyone help? Any scrap yards? Does Yamaha typically meet or beat their "estimated" ship dates?

I would have hope - when I tried to buy a wakebooster in June the part was back ordered until October. The next week it came in.

In an emergency situation, would an older model work? ‘19 changed the part, but I’d bet the holes still all line up. Your reverse could be wonky because the lateral thrust shouldn’t be there.

Not sure but I also just realized that they installed a prior model year's rudder on my boat...what the heck!@

Rudder hasn’t changed, to my knowledge, since introduced in 2015.

Update: The part was received by Pier 47 last Friday and they had the boat ready for me to use this past weekend. To those that are waiting on other back ordered parts from Yamaha - have hope. I thought my season was over, but not a single weekend was lost. Thankfully.
