2019 scarab 195 300hp service engine light, turn off??

ok boat has 49.3 hrs on it, sercive engine light came on. i acturally changed the oil at 30hours. how do i reset the light? do i need to hook the boat to the cando? keep in mind i have the all touch screen unit.

You must have Candoo Pro or BUDS software. No other way.

I'm brand new to this as well when it comes to Candoo. From what I understand, they appears to all be right by the fuse box in the engine bay. It has a WHITE cap on it unlike the rest. Candoo uses the 9 pin to 6 pin connector only. Make sure your ignition is on, but engine off. Also, need internet the first time.

It seems most are buying CanDoo, not BUDS. Is this driven by price only, or are there other factors?

BUDS is only sold to dealers or techs, etc. So very few have it. It's the official software... but it's hard to get. Candoo is easy to get and does most of what a person needs.
