2019 Scarab 195 Ace 300hp connector on motor cover

Does anyone know what the blue plastic plug cover on top of motor is used for. seems to have a clear tube going towards the exhaust. This is the new 300hp motor

On the Yamaha motors there was a port like that used to fog the engine. That would be my guess.
