2020 195 Open ID - 2 Questions

After many months of trying to make a decision, we have finally settled on ordering a new 2020 Scarab 195 Open ID. Looking through the options, there is something called "Fire Extinguishing System, Fixed". Does anyone know what this does? If it is something in the engine that will deploy if there is a fire, we are interested. Also, we are planning on using this boat for fishing, wakeboarding and wakesurfing when our kids are in town. Does anyone have experience with the Wake Ballast System that is a Scarab option? On this boat, I am assuming it is exterior. We are new to the world of towing sports and would appreciate any advice anyone can give us.

The fixed fire extinguisher option is a fire extinguisher bottle that sits inside the engine bay with a special nozzle that activates in the event of a fire and can also be remotely activated with a "pull lever" that is near the helm in my 255.
