I am drooling. 500 HP.

Edit: Throttle by wire, Simrad GO 12 included, Wet Sounds stereo. There HAS to be a serious price jump for this.

Edit 2: Hard top, articulated keel to improve tracking.

Edit 3: Sea deck, anchor hatch opens to the side, dual livewells with the forward one being all acrylic, transom seats fold down and cushions remove, bow table/lounge.

No kidding. I don't know if I'm really excited because Yamaha really listened to people and gave us pretty much exactly what FSH owners have been asking for (especially just more offshore capability in general) or pissed because I just bought my 210.

I know. My FSH has less than 9 hours on it still. Waiting to see how much it’s going to cost. But they have Definitely made this boat ,it seems, close to perfect.

I'm guessing MSRP for this model is $79-85k.

Honestly for me at that price point, I'm looking to wake surf boats as that's 70% of my interest. I love, love, love the center console layout but when you're looking at $100k after TTL, I'll be expecting full wake surf performance.

This is a SWEET boat if you like the Yamis and wanted something more offshore serious though.

They pulled the video before I could get all my screen grabs.

The middle two of the four seats fold flat. Small step up from the deck of the boat then flat it's a platform all the way to the stadium seating on the stern. LOTS of space to maneuver rods with no outboards back there.

Edit: there actually may be a second step up at the transom I'm forgetting about otherwise it would be really low for waves from the rear.

I’m less into the wake stuff and more Into the costal lifestyle and fishing. So it’s perfect for me.

I also may have just texted my buddy at the Yamaha dealership here....

If you have the patience you could probably sell your boat for what you bought it for now before the 2021 inventory becomes available. Then be extremely patient and boatless until you wake up with a 25' in your driveway one morning some time in Q4.

I'm just really impressed that they included some of the biggest features we add as aftermarket. They must have been browsing the JBP website. Sea Dek, hard top, good stereo, bow filler. I wonder if the 21' will have those as well.

I also expect to see a 215 that has the SVHO engines because the 212 does so they've done the work to fit them to this hull.

Haha. But I’m not patient. And I just put down a deposit on an inground pool. So I’m gonna just be happy with what I have, unless the dealer says “yes I’ll buy your boat back at full Price and give you a deal on the new one”.
Doubtful. But one can dream.

@mkbcaptain there is no rush. Prices will stabilize as inventory does. I am in the same boat (lol) as you. I would like an upgrade but that is a want not a need. I can still get on the water. See how it all shakes out.

Yep it never ends. I figure 1-2 years and 21' will get some things filtered down and a lift.
