I own a 195S 2022 and the repair shop has searched everywhere in the US and spoken to Yamaha in the US and apparently they do not make a shifter entire part for the boat. I spoke to to a Yamaha repair place in MD and a direct dealer...Riva Marine out of FL and noone seems to be able to get this part and Yamaha US isn't currently making the part. They only make it for original new boats.

My only thoughts are to contact Yamaha Japan and try to get them to produce one for me to purchase.

I sucked up a tow rope, the shifter was jammed as a result, then I forced the shifter too hard and broke the mechanism inside of the shifter, Not the handle.

Does anyone have a contact at Yamaha Japan or any possible solutions? Thanks.
