Anyone have any issues with the circuit breakers on the 210 FSH models? I've got some popped that won't reset (livewell and blower). Just want to make sure there's not something simple I'm missing before I go through the process of getting my trailer out of storage and the boat out of the high and dry to take it in for warranty service. Thanks.

Are you resetting with switches for live well and blower off?? If so do they stay in until your try the switches?? If so the amount draw is going up because of mechanical resistance in the electric motors of the pump and blower.

If they are blowing immediately then I'd suspect a dead short/short to ground. Or possibly a bad breaker but not my bet.

They are not going in even with power removed. I was thinking a short myself, which since it's a new boat I'll definitely take in for the warranty. Just wanted to make sure there was no weird trick tonrestting them other than just pushing them in that I was missing. Would hate to drag the boat all the way to be told I was just doing it wrong. Thanks for your help!

I'm not a jer guy but most boats use bus bars/ground posts as you cant frame ground fiberglass. If you check for continuity between the out side of the breakers and the common grounds you can verify a dead short.

Had the same blower breaker go out on my 190FSH. Not sure if they use the same breakers, but my guess would be it just went bad. I used an inline fuse to test the circuit and everything worked fine. I think the breakers Yamaha uses have been known to go bad and not reset. My dealer is 3 hours away so it wasn’t worth the trip. It’s a $7.00 part and maybe 15 min to replace, but should also be covered under warranty.

Of course you should always rule out a short as well.

If you use a fuse and a little jumper wire and it does not blow call them and ask them to mail you a new circuit breaker
