I just bought a 2018 Yamaha 210 FSH DLX and I need to install a GPS, depth/fish finder. Does anyone have any suggestions on which brand/model is best and where to mount the transponder?

I would go to West Marine and play around with them and find out which one you like I think they all look good flush mounted in the dashboard 9, 10 inches no problem I believe some people are trying to put a 12 in now.
There are threads on here about it. Go to search in the. Upper right hand corner and put in FSH chart plotter.
Have fun and good luck with your new boat.

If you are even vaguely considering trim tabs be very careful where you put the transducer. I placed mine and it works great, but didn’t think about tabs and now I’m going to have to move it.

Kind of a bummer as I epoxied a transom saver on and attached my transducer about in the center of where the tab needs to go lol. I should have mirrored others and placed it down closer to the keel. Live and learn!!
