212S Tower same or different than the AR250

Nightmare dealing with Yamaha on a damaged tower than arrived that way from manufacturer....... last year.

Dealer called and said he could swap out a tower from the 212S. Is that the same, better or worse tower? I thought he said it was a better tower, but hard to tell online.

Looks like the tower is smaller. The Bimini may be smaller also. The locking pin is easier than the screw down. Not sure if there are shocks in it to make it lower easier.

Definitely not the same. I’ve owned both boats. The AR250 tower is much bigger and a different shape at the top.
