I tried fitting my surf boards into my racks and they are very close to fitting. In fact if the padding wasnt on the board they would slip right on so what I am thinking is trying to bend the top forks up a hair, only need to gan an 1/8" or so to have them slide right in. I did some research on bending billet and it seems easy enough if I take my time. Ay thoughts?
