Same if I only go to the local sand bar it will say 100% for about 3 outings... Then starts to drop at an average pace.

Known issue with 195s 's. Our 21 has same problem.

The best explanation I've seen is their calibration for 100% is X gallons below the tanks capacity. So if you fill it, you will have to burn off several gallons before getting to the calibrated 100%. After that, it really comes down.

I have noticed on my SX195 the past couple outings it stays at 100%, but when I fill the boat up after we use it and add 7-10 gallons of fuel, it always stays at 100%. I fill up after every time we use the boat. I know I am not that fuel efficient.
