Is it worth upgrading a 2017 AR240 to a new style 250? I like the larger fuel capacity but how does the 250 ride compared to the 240 is it any better in rough water or about the same? Looking for those who have owned both to chime in. I'm sure this has been discussed on here but I couldn't find it when I searched.

Didn't own a 240 but the 250 series handle pretty damn well in chop. My wife doesn't hate chop as much anymore.

Well I had a Yamaha 2015 AR 240 now I have a Yamaha 2021 252S , and you are asking the difference.
All I can say if you are thinking about getting a new one GET IT.. [flag] There is so much change in style,
room, technology , ride and performance you will love it . I always put thrust vectors on all my boats
including my new one I think it helps with low speed steering. Good Luck hope this helped :)
