Ive got a new Scarab 255 cavitating badly, I took the back plate between the impeller body and hull and filled it up with sealant and that really helped with the port side but still bad cavitation on the stbd. People have mentioned about the sir clip on holding the carbon ring in place but its a lot of work to get to there. Has anyone else had this issue?
As you can see this was the gap that I filled but wondering if the stbd has blown the sealant out I applied.
