255 fsh transducer

I had to reset the nsx. It doesn't know what transducer is installed. It gives me a list of airmar models. Yamaha says its a f6h-u8k1w-00-00
Which seems to be a Yamaha part number.
I tried google , just get Yamaha parts
Anyone know?

Following. I am having the same problem as well in addition to another one. Literally out a few days back fishing and we tried to use the down imaging (2024 255 Fsh Sport H). We get a paused message on the upper left. I was told i need a software update. Did it. After a hard reboot, i turned the unit on and no sonar was identified. The new update did not even show me a place to choose the sonar. And to top it off, it did not recenter my location. Im in Pensacola Florida. The Home Screen on the charting option has me off the coast of Africa. Ughh. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
