90hp to 120hp sport jet swap

I have a 1994 Donzi Medallion 152 with a bad 90hp sport jet. I want to swap the power head and pump to a 1998 120hp sport jet . Power head and pump. Any issues I should expect with this swap. Is it a direct bolt up?
